In-Kind Donations

Support in the form of an in-kind donation would consist of the donation of conference promotional materials or give away items for the conference attendees. Such items would include:

• Conference bags
• Printed materials
• Conference pens
• Conference technological items/enhancements
• Conference notepads
• Business card holders
• Desk organizer items

Volunteer to Help on the Day of the Conference

• Serve as a session moderator
• Assist with registration and check-in
• Help provide technical support and assistance
• Serve on the conference “hospitality team” to assist conference speakers
• Assist with the conference evaluation process
• Help out on the night of the Gala
• Volunteer in any other ways needed but not specified above

Campus Fundraising

• Work with your EOP student club/organization to raise funds for the conference
• Plan a fundraising event to generate resources for the conference
• Plan a campus walkathon or “Run to the Conference Project” to gather pledges and funds
• Secure grant funding to assist with conference registration fees
• Raise funds through support gathered by EOP alumni

Monetary Donations/Community Partnerships

• Provide monetary support to the 40th Celebration
• Sponsor a conference speaker
• Sponsor a conference breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
