AISI Application Checklist: (all documents must be submitted by June 5, 2016)
	Submit online Application
	Scan then email or fax Letter of Recommendation
	Email or fax essay
	Scan then email or fax Tribal enrollment documentation
	Email or fax high school transcripts (We also accept grade reports)
