Registration Cost: $100.00 early bird rate by August 30, 2013

Registration Cost: $125.00 late registration rate

Registration Cost: $50.00 college student registration rate

The cost of your registration covers conference materials, breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 13, 2013. After September 20th, 2013 registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the event.
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
