PrintSmart Reprint Request

Directions:
  • Fill out and submit this PrintSmart Reprint Request Form within 24 hours of the problem.
  • All fields are required.
  • Deliver the complete print job with the ticket number written on it to AIRC 2004.
  • You will be notified as to the status of your request.
  • If it is determined that your request meets the reprint guidelines, you will be contacted about how to obtain your reprint.
  • NOTE: Staff members and lab assistants cannot issue print credit or cash for failed or unsatisfactory print jobs.

Deliver all printed documents for which you are requesting a reprint to AIRC 2004 (see lab hours). Write the ticket number sent to your Sac State email address on the top page of these documents.
