Copyright Release Requirements:
If you have not obtained copyright release, upon submitting this request form, you must obtain a written and signed copyright release letter from the publisher of the media file. Signed copyright release letters must be submitted to the AST Administrator in Video Services at AIRC 1012, Mail ZIP 6065 before we can release video information for posting final captioned and/or transcribed media file to a site, online course, or other location.
