If you are a transfer student and utilized your VA Educational Benefits at your previous institution, you will need to come to the VA office for an orientation. Then you need to complete and submit the following forms with the Sacramento State VA Office for your enrollment certification to be processed (if you are a transfer student but are using your benefits for the first time, view the information regarding Sacramento State students using benefits for the first time):
- Veteran Information Card
- Advance Pay/Advance Certification Request
- Copy of DD214 (Ch. 30) or NOBE (Ch. 1606)
You have several choices of how you may submit your VIC and other paperwork to the VA Office:
