If you are beginning to start your benefits, you will first need to come to the VA Office for an orientation. Then you will need to complete the following Veterans Administration forms. The links will take you to the forms that you need to complete:

After you have downloaded and completed these forms, you will need to complete the following Sacramento State VA Office Forms:
- Veteran Information Card
- Advance Pay/Advance Certification Request
- Chapter 30 students need to submit a copy of their DD214
- Chapter 1606 students need to submit a copy of their NOBE
